Luke was a credit to you and his communication and professionalism was exceptional at every step. We felt like we were in very safe hands. As I’m sure you’ve heard we faced some unforeseen challenges on moving day, but your team were so professional and helpful, unfazed by problem solving and Harrison and all the team were just brilliant in supporting us through that situation. Cannot recommend this company enough. Sooo helpful all the way through. We were so worried how it was all going to work, but we were reassured from Rick during the survey that they would do everything, and they certainly did. All that was required of us was plenty of cups of tea. There loaded our entire 4 bedroom house by midday!! Unbelievable! They made all the beds as soon as we got in our new house, assembled our huge wardrobe and were done by 4 oclock. Can’t believe we thought about doing it ourselves. Also, extremely competitive, a lot cheaper than other quotes we received who offered a lesser service! Thank you so much, and big thanks to Luke Nick and Roy, nothing was too much trouble. - Ellie H
Fantastic firm delivered more than enough boxes for packing, on moving day dead on time 3 very helpful pleasant guys moved in like a well oiled machine and had our house cleared in 2 hours at new Property again very helpful pleasant guys and efficient putting everything where it should go would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone planning a move soon. - Mark N Reply

We used Now We’re Moving for the third time now. We would use anyone else. They are extremely competitive compared to all other ‘good’ companies. Rick and his team which includes his son Luke have always been fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing ever gets damaged. We have recommended them to everyone we know who moved. We used Now We’re Moving at the end of March when moving to beat the stamp thresholds. We had a major issue as the property we were buying were unable to move due to the chain schedule. Rick helped solve our problem by moving our belongings to his storage facility for five days to ensure we moved out of our home on time.
