I had a problem with my front door not being able to double lock, something which I am paranoid about as having previously been burgled by not doing this. Mark arrived within 20 minutes and was incredibly professional and friendly. The locksmith quickly replaced the broken mechanism without damaging the door and even gave me advice on how to avoid this happening again. The pricing was fair.

Mark at Complete Locksmith Services was fantastic to deal with, very professional and reasonably priced. We called him one Sunday to help when locked out of the house and a few months later to replace multiple locks. He was very responsive, gave me information/options and did a great job of installation. No hesitation recommending him for emergency call outs or planned work, great to have a friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and fairly priced locksmith in the area.

We called Mark out on a Sunday and he arrived within 15 minutes after our lock suddenly broke on our front door. He sorted the lock within 20 minutes with no fuss and at a very reasonable cost. We was most grateful for Mark coming out at such short notice on a Sunday and fixing it so quickly. Very reliable and would highly recommend.

Arthur was very helpful . I emailed my request , he came the same day and replaced the lock of my door. He explained to me the cost upfront so no issue there . He definitely deserves 5 stars for his service.

Amazing service, Arthur was very responsive and helpful. I managed to get my locks measured, ordered and fitted in only a few days! Thanks Arthur and Michael - I will definitely be in touch if I need a Locksmith again :)

BRENTWOOD LOCK & SAFE REVIEWS

We called Brentwood Lock & Safe this morning at around 8:30 as we had a broken door mechanism. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and arranged an appointment for an engineer to attend. A couple of hours later a chap called Andy turned up who effected an expert replacement of the internal workings of the multi point locking mechanism in very little time. What an excellent service all round from BL&S - Highly Recommended

S-TYPE SECURITY have been looking after a site for Brentwood Lock & Safe for a while, just wanted to say how amazing the team are there, all very professional and when we need their services they go above and beyond to get it done as quick as possible. I highly recommend using them.

A big thank you to your team this morning for cutting a key for a security padlock I had for my 20-Ft container. They were quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely go back if I have any issues with any other locks, doors, windows, etc.
