Me and my partner have just moved into our first home and required new locks. In all the madness and stress of getting you first place, locks being changed is another thing on top of it all. But, Low-Key Locksmiths were awesome to work with. They were kind and easy to get along with, they clearly explained everything, genuinely recommend the best products for us, and was patient and worked around us and the chaos. Even brought a cool little apprentice along, too.

Paul from Low-Key Locksmiths was brilliant! I’d been looking for someone to come and sort my jammed window for 3 months and no one was interested! Eventually, someone recommended Paul to me and he was round the next day and fixed it and at a very reasonable price. Would most definitely recommend! A very happy customer.

Paul was ace, he came out as soon as he could and looked at what needed doing. Within 24 hours, the job was done. Price was reasonable, too. Very friendly and kind and offered to return if any other lock related problems occur in the future. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Wonderful service. James came to adjust one door that would not lock but then did miracles on five other windows and doors so now everything works silently and smoothly. I am thrilled and now know how to maintain and oil all the mechanisms and look after it all. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this door doctor!!

Chris has just been out to our house to fix a naughty broken lock on our patio door. He answered us straight away and it's reassuring to know our home is now secure. We honestly couldn't have met a lovelier man. He happily chatted to us while repairing the lock, his knowledge and experience is incredible. What he doesn't know about his trade isn't worth knowing. He has a soft spot for dogs so they are literally in for a treat when he visits! Thanks Chris

Stupidly locked my keys in the boot of my car! called Chris and he came quickly, within 10 minutes he managed to get in. Such a lovely man and even braved the rain to help us out. Gave us some recommendations about the local area as we were only visiting! 10/10 service!

Chris came out to us straight away when we needed our lock changing. He’s very friendly, did a great job and couldn’t have been more helpful. He’s on call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. I definitely recommend giving him a call.
