A couple of days from an important deadline and a storm caused a power surge which blew my laptop. A local team told me it couldn't be fixed but I had used Andy some years ago and, trusting his expertise, I decided to seek his opinion. Best decision I made, as Andy not only retrieved my work, but he sourced the new part despite it sounding a bit tricky and it has improved my laptop overall. Plus, he did it all rather quickly meaning I was able to meet my deadline. Huge thanks Andy, will recommend you to anyone in need!”

Called Andy in the evening in a panic for advice on a MacBook Pro that wasn’t working - he answered immediately, gave some 1st class advice which resolved the problem straight away. Could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend and will keep his number in my phone for future help.

Andy performed no less than a miracle on my dying iMac. It had become so slow as to be unworkable and I thought I would have to replace it which I could not afford. He fitted a new solid state hard drive within 2 days and I can honestly say the computer is as good if not better than it was when it was new. I can’t thank him enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him 100%. Thank you Andy.

After suddenly having a problem with the laptop, this was looked at and confirmed that the motherboard had been damaged by fire. Jake took control of everything and advised us of the solutions available. We decided the best way forward was to purchase new and have the existing harddrive put across to new machine. Jake advised this would take a couple of hours and as promised, I received a phone call to confirm this was actioned. The whole process was made so easy with Jake's knowledge and patience. He's a great asset to Bude Computer's Thank you

Had problems with the keyboard and charging points on our Mac book. Jim was very informative and we had great customer service throughout the process. He kept us updated and was a delight to deal with. Great service and will recommend Truro Computer Services to others. They are good value, responsive and very professional.

Excellent service at a great price. Dropped my pc in, offered to look for free, told me what the issue was (new graphics card required), sorted it and all for less than £50. Both times I went they were giving help and advice, for free, to others. Highly recommend.

Excellent service; although my laptop was completely knackered, and beyond economic repair, Jim managed to salvage the two hard drives (and four years work), and used them to make up a USB external drive.
