We contacted Nick and Mandy with regards to our new second home in Cornwall. They arranged a convenient time to come to meet us and explained their services very clearly and ensured our needs were met. Our house is always spotless with all bedding / towels changed each time we visit and even had some welcoming presents for us, the children, the dog and the rabbits! Mandy and Nick communicate with us quickly and easily sending photos etc to see progress of the deep clean we had. They clean the windows, empty our bins, ensure the heating is set correctly, power wash the drive etc - no job is too much of an ask. We feel very comfortable knowing that Nick and Mandy have keys to our home, especially as we are quite far away, and know that we can call on them whenever we need help with anything. They have been looking after this site for over 10 years they keep it clean and tidy and well maintained they go over and beyond there remit especially during the busy summer months they have done an outstanding job pressure washing dirty areas and keeping the toilets clean and tidy I have now got them looking after a family members property .They are an asset to the area and would not hesitate to recommend them.
