I had first class service from Andy yesterday. He came 20 minutes after my call to replace a lock - lost key - and he is a skilled, cheerful and helpful worker. He also returned promptly when I ( mistakenly, due to my incompetence ) thought that there was a problem with the lock, and was very obliging, understanding and pleasant about my mistake, refusing to take further payment.
