Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

From the initial investigation to the treatment, Dave explained every step clearly and everything that he predicted would happen, happened! Rang Kevin yesterday (Sat) advised visit for today (Sun). Arrived promptly at 10.15 am. As well as wasp nest we already knew about Kevin also spotted another one and was able to deal with both in just few minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to everyone.

Kevin provides such a good service. His response to my initial enquiry was fast and efficient. He soon put my mind at rest with his knowledge and expertise. I had 3 visits in total and was delighted with the outcome. I cannot rate Kevin services highly enough.

Spoke to Kev in the morning and by 15:00 the same day he had attended my house and dealt with the bees nest. Very reasonable rates and great service. Would highly recommend.
