Both our boys come here weekly. It’s amazing for parents that work shift patterns because you don’t need to take them on the same day every week and they're very flexible; but then on the flip if you wanted the same day and time weekly it’s very straight forward to book too on their app! Our eldest son’s confidence has grown so much and this is the main reason for our review. He goes in every time incredibly relaxed, happy and most importantly full of smiles. Our eldest has always been very shy and self conscious, It’s such a boost for him walking into a class where he knows he can just be his amazing self. His teachers at school have also mentioned how much his confidence has grown and I really believe most of it is down to Mantis. 100% recommend.

Absolutely love training at Mantis!! Great people, very supportive! I now train 3 times a week… My daughter has recently also joined, she is physically disabled and mantis have made her very welcome. She looks forward to training every week. The sessions are made so everyone can work at their own ability which is really important for her.

My daughter joined Mantis a year ago and not only has she become a super ninja, she has grown in self belief. Everyone is super friendly, fun and accepting. I started the boxercise and was apprehensive being quite new to joining an exercise class, but my fears were soon put aside with the warm welcome. Just joined and had a great experience from a very experienced welcoming team. I am an older adult (53) and wasn't sure if this was a good idea but so glad I made that jump, no regrets and would recommend the club to anyone thinking joining Well an update 10 months in and still have no regrets and I would say life changing in so many ways. I can't thank the coaches enough for all the help and support and looking forward to the future.

Having trained at several boxing gyms /martial art gyms in the past I can't recommend this place enough. After hearing great things about the centre over the last few years I've been lucky enough to finely witness them first hand. The coaching and guidance is brilliant. It has a great family feel with all the coaches and other students. I find the teaching methods by Sensei Pat very clear and effective.
