Redwood is an Infant and Junior School. The school sits in a residential area on the south side of Derby. There are 21 classes in the main school, with approximately 570 pupils, plus a 100 place nursery. Everyone working in, or for their school, shares an objective to help keep children and young people safe by contributing. Children are encouraged to be proud of themselves and their culture, religion and heritage. The school provides a reinforced regularly, and they keep an up to date audit of all such teaching and learning opportunities. They provide a breakfast club for children in years Reception through to Y6.
