KUK SOOL WON KIRKCALDY MARTIAL ARTS REVIEWS

After a 3 year hiatus I returned to kuk sool and joined KSW Kirkcaldy. This club is exceptionally good! Very welcoming environment, everyone is friendly and the training is exactly what I signed up for. I'm autistic, I like structure and fairness. I also need pushed to better myself and this class certainly does that! Teaching is second to none.

I love Kuk Sool Won Kirkcaldy and the Master Graeme Temple, that teaches there. My son loves it, and besides improving the body, it also improves mind and behaviour. I'm very thankful.

Ksw Kirkcaldy is a brilliant, open door, welcoming martial arts club. The head instructor Graeme and his students are fantastic.

FIFE KICKBOXING & SELF DEFENCE ACADEMY REVIEWS

I signed up for a 4 week introductory ladies course in January of this year. From the moment I nervously walked through the door I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I wanted to join to improve my fitness but what I got is so much more. I’ve made friends with other ladies that joined with me and just before me and I feel part of a bigger community. After graduating my course I decided to join in the ladies training sessions. The coaches and the other ladies in the group are all really supportive, friendly, encouraging, and training is fun. If you’re looking for something to challenge yourself I cannot recommend this club highly enough.

Kids have been members since 2019, I have been a member since 2022. The club is amazing, Great community, great staff, classes are hard but a good laugh.

My son who is now 8 (9 in October) has been going to kickboxing here for a few years now (pre covid) and he loves it! He looks forward to his class every week and hates if he has to miss a class. The sensei’s are so helpful and always happy to answer any questions and always update with a wee newsletter so parents are up to date with everything. They also have classes now and then where a parent can go with their child and join in and learn about what they are doing. If you’re thinking of putting your wee one into kickboxing I highly recommended FKSDA they will love it!

Evolution TKMA is simply the best school for learning Martial Arts. They teach Mirae Kuk Sool and it is by far the greatest style of Martial Art to learn. All the instructors are fantastic, they are friendly and help you achieve far beyond any expectations. I only wish I started attending sooner.

A fantastic martial arts club with something for everyone. Great classes, fantastic instructors and a friendly and supportive atmosphere. It's a fab club to be part of and awesome martial art.

Brilliant club for adults, teens and kids down to nursery age. My kids and I have been going for years, the variety of martial arts you learn is incredible, every training session is different and we are all always buzzing. Great team of instructors including teen black belts who help the younger kids, amazing role models! Would highly recommend Evolution TKMA to literally anyone wanting to get fit, learn new things and do super cool moves.
