Thoroughly enjoyed my lessons with Ben. Took me out of my comfort zone on a few occasions but that was a good thing as it made me learn things that I would normally not have encountered. All in all it was well worth the time and expense to spend time with someone who guides you in a certain direction but is also sympathetic to your own areas of music. I am an older player and If it wasn't for my arthritis giving me issues I would still be attending lessons. Give Ben a go, it'll definitely improve your playing and knowledge of music.

I have been receiving guitar tuition from Ben for over 12 months now. Ben is a great teacher, he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always always well prepared with material. With each session I come away with a sense of achievement having learnt something new and I always looking forward to my next session. Needless to say that in that time my guitar competence has improved significantly, which has been to the delight/relief of my family. Whilst it is great to learn and play some of my favourite songs, I have also enjoyed learning some guitar techniques and the theory.

Ben is amazing, my daughter looks forward to her lesson every fortnight, Ben is also brilliant at getting you a time that works for you and very easy going. Always prepared and give you everything you need for practice, we'll thought through and thoroughly explained. Thank you very much.

I'm an adult learner picking up the piano as a beginner. David is able to adjust the pace to suit each week depending on whether my head or hands are picking up faster. I have a lot of questions and Davids explanations are great. The teaching method of taking you through a well respected method, but tailoring the homework to the individual, is fantastic as we're squeezing so much value from every excersize and piece. Such a relaxed welcoming space, I look forward to the lesson each week and find my practise sessions have a real sense of purpose in between lessons.

My little girl has been coming for piano lessons for a while now and she absolutely loves it. David is very polite and professional, as well as patient with her learning. When we all had covid-19 he also switched to video lessons so that she didn't fall behind with her learning which was very helpful and thoughtful. Would highly recommend.

I’ve only started to learn the piano recently and was nervous about taking lessons. However, David creates a very relaxed space with his patience and humour whilst at the same time challenging me to progress. I really look forward to my weekly lessons with him!
