This has been one of the best decisions we have made for our daughter, the team are so understanding of her Asd/adhd she is building friendships and skills for life her confidence and fitness has grown its a great way for her release any built up frustrations from the day , the little mentor talks are helping too it is true its like a family they look out for each other and no one is ever left out inclusion for everyone.

My son has been attending this club for 6 years. He was struggling to concentrate at school and the helpful and patient instructors have really helped him to focus and stay on task. My daughter joined 2 years ago and also absolutely loves it. My son has qualified as a black belt and we have been so impressed by the level of skill and fitness that they both have reached.

My son has been going here for almost a year now and loves every class. You can see the growth that has happened physically and mentally for him since he started, it's incredible.

I’ve been an attending kuk sool won of Liverpool for 6 years and I can honestly say I don’t know where I would be without it.It has became a second home to me. Starting at age 10 I had no confidence and was very hesitant to start but as soon as I met SBN Natalie she was extremely welcoming and kind, i knew from that moment on that i would love it and i was absolutely right! 6 years later i still look forward to attending classes 2x a week and also enjoy training outside of classes. I am now a first degree black belt and part of the instructors team but can honestly say I wouldn’t be there without both Master Carl and SBN Natalie, they are both extremely supportive, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me through tough times in the past couple years by creating an amazing atmosphere with classes. I started kuk sool won 2 years ago after being diagnosed with PTSD and depression. Both my sons attend and have done so for many years, however being 46 years of age I thought I was too old to start something new, but my eldest son persuaded me to give it a go and I have never looked back. Master Carl and his instructors are quite simply amazing, my fitness and more importantly my mental health has improved to the point were I am no longer on anti depressant medication. I can't recommend kuk sool won highly enough, if you want to get fit improve your mental health and learn a new skill that will benefit you no matter how old you are, give kuk sool won a try.

Kuk Sool Won has majorly boosted my levels of confidence and fitness. I am been treated with respect in every class and i am also being pushed and motivated in all my classes to work harder and to practice. I started kuk sool around march of 2022. Kuk Sool Won has taught me to step outside my comfort zone. On top of this everyone i've met has been kind and respectful. Joining is one of the best decisions i have made in my life.
