My daughter has been attending Up&Away for two years now and she is thriving. She loves the staff, she has made lots of friends and she's happy to go there every morning, even if she spends the entire day in nursery. Although there has recently been a change in management, we have been updated regularly and I appreciate it. I must admit, although it might sound odd, I consider this change to be a good thing. There have been significant improvements lately, you don't see a high turnover of staff and I love the hands on approach Mia has when dealing with day to day issues. The nursery feels more like extended family now. As a parent you are always updated, not only through the app but also by the staff, you are told what's going well and even if something would need more work related to your child's day to day progress. They celebrate each child's success and work with them to overcome any difficulties. I am really happy I chose this nursery.

Our son joined Up & Away (Partou) when he was one year old, and he is now in his final year there. It has been a joy to watch him grow, develop, and become the independent young boy he is today. The nursery has played a key role in supporting his language and speech development, as well as reinforcing the five golden rules, which we continue to use at home. We are particularly grateful for the nursery's support during his potty training journey. The team was patient and encouraging, ensuring he had plenty of opportunities to use the toilet, and thanks to their efforts, he has had very few accidents. He has formed wonderful relationships with the staff throughout his time there, and his current favourites are Jenny and Ashley. While we are sad to say goodbye to such an incredible team, we are deeply appreciative of everything they’ve done for him.

The best choice for your children. Both my son and daughter attend Up and Away day nursery and pre-school. Since Mia has taken over as acting manager the setting has only gotten better. Along with her fantastic staff team, Mia has created a kind, caring and supportive environment for all children and their families. Both my children have come one leaps and bounds since attending both socially and physically. Faye, is outstanding and genuinely cares. Her passion for her role speaks volumes as she is my daughter’s favourite person to see each morning. My son adores Ashly and his staff team, always coming home with stories about his day. Up and Away are a the perfect setting for your little ones. The staff team embodies everything you’re looking for when you entrust them with your children. The whole team are fantastic and under Mia’s management, the best it’s ever been.

This is an amazing nursery and they have brought our son on amazingly, he has come so far with the help of all the staff and everything they have done to help us with his diagnosis, we can't thank you enough and we are made up our son will be here for another wonderful year.

Our daughter has settled in so well to her new nursery. She is happy and excited to go each day and has already developed a number of new skills in the short time that she has been there. The activities that she does are varied and certainly mean that she is tired at the end of the day.

It will be a great shame that our daughter leave at the end of this month. We have been a part of this nursery since my eldest was a baby I will miss it dearly. My daughter so happy to go in every day and loves her teachers and friends.
