RELAX HOLISTIC THERAPY REVIEWS

Relax Holistic Therapy offer a friendly and professional service where you are made comfortable from the first and pampered throughout. It is the only massage I have had where you are actually massaged for the full treatment time and thus makes it very good value for money. I would recommend it not only for relaxation but also for the obvious health benefits.

Natalie is amazing. I hurt my foot doing spin & 1 visit later sorted. Having an office job I get problems with my shoulders/neck & after a session with Natalie no more aches & pains. She is so knowledgeable & helpful. She also gives me tips for stretches at home. Can’t recommend her enough!

I was so impressed and felt so relaxed after each treatment that I had no hesitation in recommending the therapies to two of my friends. Both friends have subsequently attended for treatments and have been equally impressed.

I had a problem with my shoulder and Katie was kind enough to fit me in at very short notice. I'm very, very glad she did, as the massage was incredible; thorough and got into the pesky knots and strain. She also recommended some stretches that would help in the future. I really recommend!

I had an amazing pregnancy massage here this morning. The room warm bright, warm and clean. I felt comfortable and looked after throughout the massage and afterwards my pregnancy aches and pains felt much improved! I hope to return again soon. Really recommend!

Had a 1 hour Swedish massage today at short notice with Georgia and it was excellent! My back feels soooo much better than it did and Katie was very accommodating to change my day/time as i avcidentally booked the wrong day. Will definitely return. Thanks again.

This was the best massage of my life. I experience inflammation and pain in my hips that I'm still trying to get diagnosed, and Lilly knew intuitively what would help relieve my pain and stiffness quickly. Other massage therapists I've tried did not understand how to focus on one area of the body, but Lilly knows her craft extremely well and I left feeling renewed. Compared to other massages I thought would help, there was almost no ache the next day (and what did hurt was only in awkward positions). The effects seem to last for more than just the few hours after leaving, much to my joy. I look forward to my next appointment in just a week's time!

Lily is absolutely amazing! Never found another massage therapist as good, she focuses on problem areas, makes you feel at ease and you leave feeling like a new person. A true professional with years of experience and understanding of her craft and always done with a smile. Highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Lilly for 3 years and she always does fantastic work. I’ve been getting massages for 20 years and she is by far the best at her craft. Always has a good attitude and always knows how to help me with my chronic neck and back injuries.
