I woke up in the early hours with excruciating pain in my shoulder. As I work in a physical trade, I needed to get it sorted quickly. I contacted several Physiotherapists and Total Health could see me the quickest. My therapist 'Tee' in Huntingdon was brilliant! Both very knowledgeable and personable. She quickly diagnosed the cause and skillfully treated with several hands-on sessions and personalised exercise program for me to do at home.

Thendallys is brilliant, diagnosed the problem and set out the therapy I needed. Over the next 6 weeks she worked hard to get me to the stage of being nearly pain free. She is very personable and explained everything thoroughly.

Tee was absolutely amazing! So friendly, and warm and made me feel comfortable straight away. She worked wonders on my sciatica & not only when at the clinic, but with a whole programme of exercises to do at home. Would highly recommend.

I have been receiving treatment from Alison for a few months a for a long standing problem . Alison managed to get to the root of the issue and I am delighted with the results . I received great advice and exercises which were to be done between sessions . You always get a warm welcome from Julie which is lovely I highly recommend this practice.

Montagu is a wonderful clinic, I have seen them for various issues over many years and always received fantastic care. Alison is an amazing physio who is able to get to the cause of the problem quickly and then start an effective treatment and exercise program to resolve the issue. The whole team are super friendly and helpful and I'm very pleased to recommend them.

Would highly recommend this physio team. My first time here and Julie at reception was very welcoming and efficient with the organisation of appointments. Caroline, my physio, was also very helpful. Thank you all.

Laura is an excellent Pilates instructor. Her classes are small, relaxing and friendly and you know that, under her watchful eye, you are performing the exercises correctly. I really enjoy Laura’s classes and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I went to Laura with a hip issue and after identifying the problem, she worked on the area with massage and acupuncture. The initial consultation was thorough, taking into account the other health issues I was experiencing. Her overall knowledge is vast and together with her friendly and caring attitude, I knew I was in good hands. I now feel amazing thanks to three sessions! I will definitely return if the need arises and I highly recommend Laura to anyone in need of a physio or acupuncture treatment.
