We had the help of a very knowledgeable and friendly Lady by the name of Lisa in the Carlisle store. Listened to what we were looking for then provided some really helpful info and pointed out the options, then leaving us to try in our own time without any pressure. After we’d had some time testing mattresses Lisa took us through purchase process and nothing seemed too much trouble..really excellent manner and made experience really enjoyable…something I’d never thought I’d say about buying a mattress.

We've bought two mattresses now from Bensons For Beds Carlisle (main bed and spare). Not only are we thrilled with the quality of the product but the sales experience was great. Karl, the sales advisor, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We did not feel under any pressure to buy anything and felt we got a fair price for a quality product. Will definitely be returning should we need anything else.

I went into store to buy my daughter a new bed. I ended up buying 3 beds and a wardrobe. Lisa the member of staff was amazing and very helpful. She went above and beyond. The whole buying process was easy and seamless. If only every shop had a lisa. Will definitely be back.

Just fantastic service! I own a Guest House and I needed to get a new mattress for one of my rooms urgently as we had guests staying. WRBC gave great advice and had a great range to choose from at excellent prices they were even able to pull out all the stops deliver the same day meaning my guests could have a comfortable nights sleep. Everyone involved went above and beyond to help out. I cannot recommend the Warwick Road Bed Centre highly enough.

Julian was so helpful in advising which mattress and bed base to choose. We never felt any pressure to buy but we did and were given a great choice of colours and fabric. 100% recommend Warwick Road Bed Centre fantastic service. Just taken delivery of our new base and mattress delivery guys we're outstanding.

Wonderful service, Mike extremely helpful polite and friendly, ordered two adjustable beds for my parents,turn around time very quick and they take away the old ones,super local business. Over the years I have bought several mattresses off them and their services has always been outstanding.
