I am not a fan of shopping at all, but excellent customer service like this is rare these days and it is a joy to make a purchase when you feel you have received credible advice. We bought a new corner sofa bed from Christies and were very happy with the whole experience and the price and quality of the product that we received. We had done a bit of research online before looking in a local shop, so were pleasantly surprised to see a range there that were better than we had seen online and better product range too. All delivered a few weeks earlier than we anticipated too. Delighted.

This was an expensive purchase for us - several times the cost of our previous mattress. However the quality is superb and the service was excellent. Great after-sales support too. You get what you pay for.
