Outstanding customer service! Mike was attentive and made suggestions for a replacement mattress and pillows. There was no pressure to make a decision or make a purchase. The delivery tracking service system is excellent! The delivery team were friendly and professional. Will leave a seperate review for our purchased products once our mattress is bedded in.

Fantastic customer service all round. Knowledgeable and helpful sales manager. Graham and Rob who delivered the bed were absolutely brilliant. Can't thank them enough for the care and attention taken. Very professional and friendly too.

The sales man was really good ,helpful,and very friendly even took time to talk to my son who has Downs syndrome and treated him with respect asking him questions. Brilliant service.

Exceptional customer service. We were served by Michael at Dreams in Truro. He was friendly, knowledgable and super helpful. I am not a fan of shopping at all, but excellent customer service like this is rare these days and it is a joy to make a purchase when you feel you have received credible advice. Thank you so much Michael. We are looking forward to our new mattress arriving and we are really happy with our new luxury pillows.

We were served by Michael at Dreams Truro, and his knowledge on the various mattresses was a great help in deciding what we wanted, he was generally very helpful and pleasant and we didn’t feel rushed, we were also offered a tea or coffee, thank you.

The store manager Geoff in Truro was exceptionally sufficient and helpful when I wanted help buying a sofa bed. Also Laura made a wonderful cup of tea! Absolutely recommend 10/10.

We bought a new corner sofa bed from Christies and were very happy with the whole experience and the price and quality of the product that we received. We had done a bit of research online before looking in a local shop, so were pleasantly surprised to see a range there that were better than we had seen online and better product range too. All delivered a few weeks earlier than we anticipated too. Delighted.

Love my bed settee !Great service and it came in to the store quicker than expected. Christies held on to it for me for two weeks which was so good of them. Delivery man was brilliant. Very happy customer.

This was an expensive purchase for us - several times the cost of our previous mattress. However the quality is superb and the service was excellent. Great after-sales support too. You get what you pay for.
