After coming across their website after months and hours of searching for a specific pair of crocs for my partner , I came across J Shoes. After some back and forth emails, they really ensured that they helped me make sure the size was right and when I rang to pay for them, sent them to me very quickly. The customer service I experienced here was amazing, and I'm so pleased I finally found what I was looking for, and even more pleased it was from a lovely shop with very helpful staff. Thanks so much.

We came in yesterday to buy some school shoes for our sister. They have a selection of shoes which are much cheaper than Clarks, especially as many of the shoes they sell here are branded. Ended up buying some DM Brogues that were half price. Definitely worth the visit, considering the price of the shoe.

There are always plenty of bargains to be had here and the staff are all very polite and helpful, large selection of Croccs and well priced.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and cheerful at Truro Schuh. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super patient with kids too. Every time I go in there, there are lots of staff working, which is such a novelty nowadays where everyone else seems to be skeletal staff. I was advised to sign up to the loyalty scheme last time, and because I did that, today I picked up a hat and a kids lunchbag with my Schuh points. Thank you!

I don't normally leave reviews but I was really impressed by the staff here - particularly Mitch who helped my daughter with her first pair of school shoes. He was great with my 4 and 2 year olds and they even knew some Makaton for kids who were non-verbal.

I went in today just to browse about, Ren came up to me with such high energy and enthusiasm, she helped me pick up some shoes today that i couldn’t be more happier with, she’s an angel.

Visited this morning, 1st September to find 2 pairs of leather shoes for my son's wedding. Angela served us and was lovely, fortunately for us, a quick visit, as the shoes chosen were in stock. Angela knew that despite not having my son's size , the shoes tend to 'come up ' large. They both needed a wide fit, the shoes were not wide, but fitted incredibly well and Angela had suggested this would probably be the case, so certainly worth trying on before we dismissed them. Lovely lady, who sold shoes, but was genuinely interested in the customers. Thank you.

We had incredible service from Jan, he was so patient with my nephew. Took the time to measure his shoes and then grabbed every possible shoe in his size. We selected a few to trial and Jan told us to sit back as he put socks and trialled the shoes for him. The whole experience was great, really appreciated the effort.

We had originally booked in for a back to school measure a couple of days later but the staff were happy to help earlier. We were helped by Annabelle who was brilliant with my child. Couldn't be happier with the experience in a normally stressful time!
