We were very apprehensive about entering a large chain store for fear of pushy salesmen. However after a friendly approach to which we said we were just looking they left us alone to look around freely. When we finally needed some help Lewis was super helpful with advice and there was no hint of sales pushing at all. We were very happy to give him a sale and would recommend Lewis and the Macclesfield branch to others.

I was approached by Lewis as I entered the store and immediately put at ease. I explained what kind of mattress was looking for and over the course of the following half an hour we tried various ones. He explained the difference between them all and their benefits. He was a pleasure to do business with and I didn’t at any point feel under pressure. He was knowledgable, helpful, unassuming and quick to understand what was looking for. Great customer service - well done Lewis.

First of all there were no pushy sales. The reps we met were very informative. Were able to answer or find the answer to our questions. Were able to give advice and o really had a lot of time answer patience and were able to offer us a great deal without the usual baneter of this offer is only valid for today only. Big thank-you to Lynne and Lewis at Macclesfeild.

I would 100% recommend these guys! Me and my family are moving into a house and had a limited budget. They went above and beyond for us! Martin was absolutely amazing, the whole way through! Let us pick the materials me wanted, and made sure it fit our budget , making virtually nothing for profit himself! The fitters did an amazing job too! Laminate flooring downstairs in the front room and hall way. Vinyl in my kitchen and carpets upstairs, too! They are a business that really does go the extra mile for there customers! Thanks guys! You've been amazing.

I can’t thank Martin and Dan enough for a great deal on carpets for my new build house. They were professional and had a great range to choose from and explained the differences between various underlays and carpets ensuring I got the best product for my needs. The fitters arrived on time and were great, left no mess behind and ensured I was happy with everything before they left. I can’t recommend these guys enough for a great deal and great service.

Martin was really helpful in sorting us out with our new carpet in a 3-bedroom townhouse. Martin really knows his stuff and is attentive to the customer’s needs. The work was carried out with a quick turnaround and to a very high standard, thanks Martin & team.

Very good mattresses at very good prices; especially the own label ones. Don't let appearances fool you; the shop doesn't look much but its run by a nice family who know their stuff. Delivered a new mattress within half an hour after choosing it. And took old one away. Recommended.

Would highly recommend I’ve brought two mattresses of them and service and delivery has been fantastic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Macclesfield for my bed needs.

Very helpful service ,friendly and delivery was the following week! Couldn’t fault them , I would recommend this company.
