I moved over to 02 this year and the service i received was the best customer service i have received from anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble for Ashley and he helped me every step of the way in getting my new phone and getting it set up, even down to explaining the 02 apps and perks that come with them. The service i received from Ashley was first class customer service and has definitely made for one happy customer.

I went into store this Wednesday Morning and Adam and Sean was very helpful setting up my phone I got online. They also helped me work out all the new icons and spent around 2 hours making sure I could use my phone. To thank the lads I got them all a costa coffee.
