PADDY at macclesfield store was brilliant yesterday in sorting my upgrade after having an absolute nightmare with the online system and talking to various people on 191 since Thursday. Went into store and it was all sorted and done in 30 minutes leaving with a new phone . THANKS AGAIN PADDY I will definitely come into store for any more upgrades on my accounts .

Every time my contract is due to end, I go in and SPEAK to an actual person, who quickly assesses my needs and sorts out the very best contract to meet them. Their recommendations have never fallen short of my expectations and their staff never try to oversell products.

Once again, I have visited the Macclesfield store and come away feeling a highly satisfied and valued customer. The advice and assistance in choosing a phone was exemplary as was the help in set up. Matt was hugely helpful and all done in a conducive manner.

Love this shop and the people that work here. I've a long standing customer and always return because the team are so helpful and get me great deals. Thanks so much.

I moved over to 02 this year and the service i received was the best customer service i have received from anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble for Ashley and he helped me every step of the way in getting my new phone and getting it set up, even down to explaining the 02 apps and perks that come with them. The service i received from Ashley was first class customer service and has definitely made for one happy customer.

I went into store this Wednesday Morning and Adam and Sean was very helpful setting up my phone I got online. They also helped me work out all the new icons and spent around 2 hours making sure I could use my phone. To thank the lads I got them all a costa coffee. Would fully recommend the staff and the store! Thanks again.
