Top guy and great service. Went in with an old bike wheel with a bearing with lots of play expecting to have to have it replaced. The man straight away tightened it up for me as good as new and wouldn't take a penny for his work. We then had a nice chat about good cycle routes in the area. You can tell the owner is a real cycling enthusiast and has a brilliant knowledge of bikes. Thankyou very much for your help.

The owner Dave is awesome! Not used my bike for many years and wasn't sure if it could be fixed. He fixed it on the spot with new breaks and did some tweaks fixing the frame and other things and now it's as good as new. Many thanks Dave for a superb service!

I popped into Bikes yesterday... my cheap old Halfords bike had a shattered handlebar chainwheel selector - I wanted to know if it was worth repairing. Dave was enthusiastic and obviously a cycling evangelist. By the time I had finished my baked potato in nearby Mill Street, a message pinged onto my phone that is was ready! Daved had found a Shimano shifter, installed it and replaced my brake pads which had been catching on the rims. I put 20k on my resirrected ride as a test and it works great - it also cost me a lot less than I expected! Thanks, Dave you are a star! - Anthony S

Fantastic modern cycle shop with a great collection, run by an expert team. Andy knows his stuff and helped me to find the right bicycle, especially after being disappointed by an online purchase. I'm ready for my first hill climb now!

Really good bike shop, outstanding friendly service, even a great coffee shop 2 doors down should u want to wait for a quick repair job etc.
