I liked that I could take my time browsing the website with no pressure to buy until I was absolutely sure of what I wanted/needed and what I was getting for my money. Initially I was a little nervous about a) switching from my 'old' firm mattress to one with a medium level of support and b) buying online without trying first. Through the information provided on the website, I was helped to understand how my needs have changed over the years and no need to trail around furniture stores trying out different brands. The ordering process was easy to navigate and the follow up telephone conversation with Julie was helpful and reassuring. On the day of delivery I was kept informed of progress throughout. Delivery took place within the time-slot specified and with care and respect for my property. In terms of the mattress itself, from Day1 I have been highly satisfied with the quality and comfort level of this new mattress. In comparison to my old one, it is a very deep mattress and I have splashed out on new fitted sheets but I consider that a treat. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Mattress (Artizan) is brilliant. I have been sleeping better since I had it a bit over three months ago. A bit heavy as they use mostly natural materials but on the plus side I sweat less during the night. It needs two people to rotate or flip it over every month but if someone can help it's manageable. Very helpful staff. Good communication throughout. But delivery company could plan and manage their day better. Overall, very happy with my purchase so far.

Excellent service from first contact to delivery. The mattress is exceptional in every way. We’ve never slept so well and look forward to a quality nights sleep every night. You certainly get what you pay for and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company and there wonderful mattresses. You won’t be disappointed.

Went with my mum who is hard to please the assistant Racheal was very helpful and understanding of my mum, we went to buy a new mattress she explained all to us with regards to quality and price and also advised with my mum having a bad back. We came out buying a full New bed base and very comfortable mattress, I will be going back to buy myself a new mattress.
