Great service at the Manchester Arndale Branch! Chris was really helpful, showing me a number of different watches based on my requirements, taking on board the brands and styles I liked. I went back a week later and was greeted by Hannah who was really patient considered I wanted the perfect fit on the metal strap! Top notch all round, I've had my last two Casio Edifice watches from Samuels, I'll get the next one as well, especially after the hassle free price match they did for me both times.... Excellent service from both Chris and Hannah, a credit to the business.

Great service from Sales Associates Pharelle N and Steven H and Assistant Manager Chris H instore in assisting resolving queries and issues with my G-Shock watch. They were approachable, warm customer service, knowledgeable and served with a smile.

The piercing was quick and easy. The staff was very professional and polite. My piercing was done by Laura at the Manchester Arndale for any verification.
