My wife and I were looked after exceptionally well yesterday. When the bed we ordered is delivered, it will have to be manoeuvred through a narrow and awkward turn at the top of the stairs. Despite careful measurement of the gap, we were worried that the bed would be too big to go through it. David, the man who looked after us, not only gave us a great deal of helpful advice, but even came with us to our house to assess the gap and the likelihood that the bed would be able to pass through. We took up a lot of his time, and greatly appreciated the efforts he made on our behalf.

The Manager in the Scunthorpe store named Lloyd has made our experience amazing ! He was attentive , helpful and a lovely person we spent ages just chatting he was patient with us going home to measure the space we had for the bed , he explained all the different options to us, and made the whole purchase smooth step by step. He is a credit to the company and I will definitely reccomend him to our friends and family.
