We visited Dreams store at Elk Mill retail Park in Oldham. Pamela assisted us in choosing a new mattress. She was knowledgeable about the types of mattresses and made our choice easy. She was friendly and approachable - gave us a pillow each when lying and trying different mattresses. She suggested we use the Sleep match beds to measure which type would be suitable for us. Amazing 3D technology! Pamela offered us water to drink while waiting which was welcome on a hot day! She is an asset to Dreams! Thank you Pamela.

Buying a new mattress for my elderly aunt in the 50% off Bank Holiday sale at Dreams was just that! Alex the assistant at the Oldham store was extremely helpful & patient with us as she tried different mattresses. My aunt settled for a firm one to help her aches & pains in the end. Sue the manager was also very helpful & attentive to my aunt's needs. My aunt was delighted at the sale price she paid. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Just visited Dreams at Elk mill,Had a really helpful and knowledgeable assistant Assad who set up the machine to test your sleeping position.After that showed all the mattresses that were recommended overall a really good experience.

Helpful, honest snd reliable Gary did a fantastic job at advising and providing us with 3 new beds and mattresses for a house move! We are thrilled with the quality of our beds and couldn’t have asked for a more efficient service. Thank you for making what was a stressful time far easier!!!

Bought a superking mattress from Oldham mattress and bed outlet yesterday and the service was impeccable, plenty of choice and delivered same day by great staff who were more than happy to carry it upstairs for me, 10/10 service and would absolutely use them again.

Excellent service and quality beds the beds they sell are top quality at cheap prices would definitely buy my next bed from Gary.
