Great sports store housing any items but sports gear for all ages, every category of sports and yet a wider range of choices in each category. Store was found populated by customers of all ages; older, adults, young boys and girls, primary school kids and small ones of Kindergarten, all busy in searching, practicing and buying items of their choices. Prices were a bit higher than expectations.. Well done JD Sports...for taking care of health of everyone!

Courtney seems very skilled in customer service, she helped us find & choose an UA top for a present & took time to speak to a manager to confirm the discount. It's service like this that gets customers to return- thanks so much !

Came here to get a gait analysis as I’ve been running for sometime but never bought proper running shoes. The man who assisted me in the shop was extremely helpful. The advice he gave was excellent and I got to try on a few shoes. I did leave the shop without purchasing anything as I initially had an idea of what shoes I wanted to buy, but after having tried on a few pairs and listened to advice I was given I felt like I needed to reassess. When I got home I bought a pair online through the up and running website. It was a pair I tried on in the store. Thanks for the great advice and service!!

I called in this morning for advice & a gait analysis, with the aim of buying some suitable footwear for a long distance multi terrain running event. I am very pleased to say, I left with a fantastic, very comfortable pair of trail running shoes & some priceless information & advice from David, I can't wait to attack my next run, armed with the shoes & the knowledge I gained. I was mullin over the best pair of walkin boots for the best money to wear at Bloodstock metal fest. i was stood forra bout 10 mins.went to look in Trespass then went bk as a lot mo costly in ther. a member of staff notoced thos n helped me pick the best boots. he qas really friendly.asked boyt ma fest n made sure got right boots.friendly staff,groovy value!! Awsome.

I went in before work started for a quick browse, and even though they had just received lots of deliveries, I was still greeted by a very friendly man immediately, and also as I looked around, was later approached and asked if I needed any help! Excellent service, and will definitely come back to purchase in the future!

I have shopped here several times this week. Really impressed with the tidy store, the variety of stock on offer and the friendly staff. Good stuff.
