What a pleasant surprise to find Company so customer service originated. Lauren , Gavin , James were brilliant professional and pleasant. I received so much help knowing in my minds eye what i wanted . Lauren brought it together for me , Quality, Elegance, Colour and dressings. I got the lot with a smile . Delivery carefully done respectful of my property. Wonderful service start to finish . I would recommend to anyone and hopefully see them again soon. So happy we came across Furniture by Lauren. This is a local family run business with that personal touch that is very much lacking from the big chains. No hard sell just really helpful with great knowledge of the product they are selling. They gave me a great price for a new sofa and we have just taken delivery of it along with my complimentary leather cleaning kit. They made sure everything was working fine and they also took my old sofa away with them to donate to the local hospice they work with. Really happy with everything. Thanks.

THE BEST!! If you want fitted wardrobes then please use Heavensent. Wonderful family business, superb quality and excellent price. We had quite a few businesses around giving quotes but as soon as Noel arrived my mind was made up. He was super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease when deciding the layout. Johann was wonderful in helping me decide doors and colours, and their son and friend were fantastic fitters. They cleaned up so well it's like they were never there. We used Heavensent Bedrooms a good few years ago, and the wardrobes are still in brilliant condition. After recently moving house and needing new wardrobes, we went back to Heavensent. The new wardrobes are fantastic. The whole team, starting with Noel and Johann to the guys who did the fitting was great. Excellent customer service, great price and excellent quality. We would definately recommend this company.

Absolutely wonderful service from this company. The whole process from initial contact, Noel coming out to see us, the design, choosing the colours and trims at the showroom to the actual build has been superb. The fitters were friendly, professional and hard working. The company have kept in contact with us throughout and nothing has been too much trouble.
