Lyons Davidson were instructed following my wife’s car accident just over 2 years ago. Despite the fact that the other driver admitted full liability, his insurers contested the personal injury claim which, unfortunately prolonged settlement. Throughout this somewhat protracted process, we were kept fully informed and found this reassuring. Of particular note is the help we received from Ashleigh Belton who explained everything relating to the Court proceedings and pursued the other party for the settlement payment. My wife’s accident was traumatic so it was of great comfort to have someone on our side acting so efficiently in our best interests.
