Firstly I appreciated the friendliness of the team. I hadn’t needed a solicitor before and was a bit nervous about it. I am grateful for the team’s patience as I have a busy work life (and sometimes forgetful). I appreciated the calls and emails reminders and when I was able to find time to get back in touch. There wasn’t any issue. All of the team were always polite with a professional phone manner.. The solicitor’s emails were always helpful in explaining the situation and gave sound advice on what my options were. I thank you for taking on my case and for delivering a result that I am happy with.

I first spoke to someone who took all details and made 100% sure i understood what would happen and costs etc. everything was explained in detail. Was then passed to a claims manager who took additional information. Within 30 minutes had received paperwork to secure sign. Very simple process. As was not a major accident, im not bothered about the % fees, just someone being held responsible for negligence and prevent happening again in future.

Express solicitors have been absolutely amazing with my case! Always keeping me updated and informed about any progress towards my claim. Very happy with the results!! I was lucky enough to him to represent me and he was absolutely amazing-even during the pandemic! Would highly recommend!.
