I appointed JMW to assist with the sale of my property. I could not fault their service. They were very responsive and everything was handled promptly and professionally. The Buyer wanted to make the stamp duty holiday and gave us very little warning, but JMW pushed everything through to ensure it was completed on time. The whole process took less than 2 month. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use JMW again, should I require solicitors in the future.

Versus Law recently completed a house purchase for us and they were incredible throughout the process. Gareth and Kat were always very responsive, usually replying to emails and phone calls within the hour. They were very knowledgeable and reassuring, guiding us through the process, and left no stone unturned in ensuring everything was in order. They took a huge amount of the stress of buying a house away from us, and allowed us to get on with other jobs. Their price was also very reasonable given their level of service, and everything was completed to time without any issues. We will certainly use Versus Law again for any solicitor-related business.
