Steven and Tracey have been fantastic, always providing clear and accurate communication - especially whenever there was a rate reduction, ensuring we could benefit from a lower interest rate! Steven’s guidance throughout the entire mortgage process has been phenomenal. We even had to reapply for our mortgage due to change in circumstances, and he handled it smoothly, without any issues. I was very pleased with the professionalism, quick responses and good communication of Dinah and Louise. They made my remortgaging experience a smooth ride as I had to deal with Help to buy loan. I am self employed so the lander wanted lots of documents (a year worth of weekly payslips). They also assisted in getting my life insurance and income protection plan at a very good monthly rates.
