Josh has been excellent throughout the whole process of finding our mortgage. He's always responsive (even when he's on holiday!) and importantly he keeps things simple in the way he explains things which, when you're a first time buyer and the whole thing is a bit of minefield, is really appreciated. We have always arranged our own mortgages in the past but reached out to Laura for assistance with arranging our recent remortgage due to particularly complex circumstances. Laura made the entire process extremely easy, found us a great deal and kept us informed throughout. She clearly has great knowledge of the market and knew exactly which lenders to approach with our particular needs and circumstances. On top of all this, you couldn't deal with a nicer person, Laura puts you at ease from the start and is incredibly pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

Laura has been incredibly helpful throughout this whole process, and was always at the end of the phone to support with more than just a mortgage. As a first time buyer, we had no idea what we were doing, and Laura was the only person throughout this process to explain things to us and essentially hold our hand through it all. 1000% recommend, she's amazing!

Laura was amazing from start to finish. There isn't anything I could fault about her service and professionalism. She goes above and beyond, her communication is fantastic, she responds immediately to any requests and nothing is too big of an ask for her. Getting a mortgage is supposed to be stressful but there was none of that with Laura. I didn't think I had a chance at getting a mortgage and here I am waiting to move into my first family home.
