Rich got us a great mortgage deal despite our limited financial situation. Without his help and hard work, we wouldn't now be in our first home. He was always there to help us whenever we needed, and he managed to find us a mortgage in no time. Even after we paid for his services, we still asked him for advice and he checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay with the process. Mark Fenton and the team are a superb example of how to deal with, support and advise on matters that the vast majority of the public aren't 100% clear on. Our experience has been absolutely brilliant with Will Smith, our life insurance 'guy'. So friendly, pro-active, patient, happy to answer any questions we have and break things down into simple chunks to understand. We have just bought our first home and wanted to get life insurance cover, but had no clue what it really included.
