I found the firm through a magazine advert, which doubled as a voucher for money off the service. I took my PC tower in because I had installed new components and was unable to boot it up. They identified the problem for me (BIOS issue) and explained it to me, and I am in the process of sorting out a solution with the online company which sold me the hardware. Because of the voucher, I wasn't charged anything at all, which was great! When meeting in person and on the phone (they rang to ask for more info to help them diagnose the problem, and to keep me up to date), I was dealt with politely and they took the time to explain things to me. I am very pleased with their service and would use them again if I encounter more problems.

Have been with WAYIT for a couple of years now (makes sense, they're in the same office block!) Nicest bunch of people to do business with; very helpful, always back to us promptly & no issue too small to deal with. Recently renewed some hardware through them and they've gone above & beyond to get some initial firmware issues resolved with the manufacturer. Definitely 5 star.

I've been with these guys for 4 years and today got hacked. Within 30 minutes of calling them, the issue was fixed, additional security added to my system and the reassurance that no recipient's computer was compromised. Thanks Luke and Jake - much appreciated.

This is has been one of the best experiences of dealing with a business that I have ever had. I contacted Genius IT Solutions with a short term fairly complex IT support issue, that required a certain piece of software to complete. David was so amenable from the start. He did a couple of tests via email to check that he could complete the job. Once it was confirmed that he could, I delivered the files to him that needed working on, and within 24 hours the job was complete with precision and accuracy. I then sent a second lot of files to be worked on, and the return time was under two hours. It was incredible. It was service with a smile! I found the price to be very reasonable for the standard of support that was provided. David and the team are the nicest bunch of people out there, and they have provided me with customer service second to none. They are fantastic technically at what they do, and with dealing with the public. I am glad I found them. I would highly recommend them. I wish there were more businesses out there that performed to this standard -brilliant guys. Thank you.
