“Ruthven Music is the newest music tuition studio in Coatbridge. The school offers one-to-one piano, violin, singing, and music theory lessons with a fully qualified and PVG-checked tutor. Lessons are available for individuals aged 5 and above, and all ages and abilities are welcome, with a focus on teenagers and adults. Additionally, string ensemble and choir classes are available. Lessons typically start at 30 minutes, but hour-long lessons may be available for students beyond the Grade 5 level or for those wishing to learn two separate instruments. The instructor has experience working with students with various educational and physical support needs and maintains a full teaching schedule of over 60 pupils. Ruthven Music works with multiple exam boards such as ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool, Trinity Rock & Pop, and LCM, and the most appropriate exams will be chosen based on the student's musical interests and the instrument they play.
