I had a wonderful experience during my visit at vision Express in Truro. All the staff are friendly. Emma helped me throughout my eye test. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I used my voucher from Blue Light Card and got a free eye test plus a 30% discount on the eyeglasses. All in all, it was an excellent experience. 100% recommend!

Very professional and friendly staff. I was made to feel comfortable and they ensured I had a good experience. I left feeling confident and was able to instil and remove my trial contact lens without a problem the following day. Hygiene was optiminal. All the advise and tips were very helpful. Well done.

I have always been going to Vision Express and always had excellent service and professional staff take care of my eyes wouldn't go any where else.

Thank you to Maria, Kirsty and all the very kind staff at Specsavers St. Austell for their help at my recent appointment. The reason for my left eye discomfort was very soon identified, and I then received some good advice on how to treat it. I had luckily been given an appointment for only the day after my initial enquiry by telephone. Thank you all so much for your quick, kind and very efficient service.

Excellent service at Specsavers as usual. I was issued with my new specs after the 2 year check up and these glasses are great. I experienced no problems during the first couple days and the specs are quite comfortable to wear. Thank you

BOOTS OPTICIANS REVIEWS

I had a standard eye test, but NHS paid for from now on because I am over 40 and there is history of glaucoma in my family. The opticians staff were friendly and helpful. After the eye test, I spent about an hour looking through the selection of glasses and sunglasses frames as I need a new pair of both, and found an excellent suitable pair of both in black which was ideal.

From the moment I walked in everyone was really friendly and helpful. Zoe took me in for my initial assessment and was really friendly. I saw Naomi for my actual eye exam and she was really helpful and took them time to explain everything to me. Then Sue helped me pick out some glasses that suited me and sorted everything out for me. She even booked me in for a contacts trial. Everyone was really lovely and really helpful. I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Both Esther, the contact lens optician, and Melanie were very informative and helpful. They were both professional and friendly. This is my first time using Boots opticians for both glasses and lenses, I have been very impressed
