Went to get my glasses repaired at Vision Express Leicester. Was taken care of by Sara who was really friendly and very helpful. When explaining my issue, Sara investigated, but sadly, I was advised that my problem could not be resolved as it was considered wear and tear. This would result in myself having to purchase a new pair of glasses. This is where my experience got better. Sara went the extra mile and thru further investigating, managed to figure out that my glasses could replaced under existing warranty. Fabulous customer service from Vision Express and Sara in particular who was brilliant. Some of the best customer service I've experienced. Would definitely recommend.

The premises are very clean and tidy. All of the staff are very helpful and every time I feel at home because they are so friendly and I like how professional the whole optical outfit is always litteraly visible to the naked eye. Keep on with the great vision for the future. Well done!

My visit at vision express was delightful, my eye test went really smoothly and Hrisha in particular was very friendly and her service was impeccable! Will definitely be coming back soon!
