Despite there being a delay due to an over running schedule, I was seen very quickly by brilliant staff who couldn't have done more. They were delightful start to finish and kept me jn the loop about delays. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely use their expertise time and again.

Contact lens review. Very nice and thorough specialist. Talked me through all she was doing and suggested options for my lens prescription and ways I could improve my overall eye health. Very happy with appointment. Would highly recommend.

Needed an appointment at very short notice at the weekend and luckily they were open on a Sunday, on line booking system easy to use. The level of care and service received at the appointment was brilliant!

Great staff at this Specsaver store in Maidstone who provide brilliant customer service and have great empathy while dealing with customers of all ages. Donna Davison, dispensing optician was amazing and very knowledgeable in providing me the right spectacles for my requirements and she clearly explained the difference in verifocals and their compatibility for day to day usage.They are very quick in their service and also very efficient to reduce the waiting times. Weekends can be very busy but they are very well organised. Better to book appointment online if looking to visit on weekends.Eye test with scan is very good feature they offer to understand health of eye. Deals on spectacles are also good when compared to their competitors.

Friendly, happy and helpful staff. THE store Manager is happy and genuinely happy to be in her job which reflects onto her staff! Lots of choice and value for money with the glasses. Overall positive experience. Thank you!!

Very friendly staff, very quick process from eye test to choosing new glasses. No hassle and explained very clearly options and pricing. Fitting was also very professional, with my new glasses fitting very comfortably.
