Great pharmacy for customer service. My repeat prescription meds have had national supply issues for several years so often have to find alternatives. The Link has often gone the extra mile to source what I needed and been very helpful in handling non-standard requests.

Many thanks to all your team doing yesterdays Spring Covid vacinations .It was very busy but you were able to cope well as before ! It would seem from your questions that No Body knows what there medications are for !Thanks again

Superb service and the only pharmacy offering the medical check on the list my GP sent to me. Staff are patient and kind. Some challenging service users dealt with fairly and respectfully. Thank you.

Under new ownership, bright and airy, new shelving, new layout. A new private consultion room and seen to right away, super friendly staff. My GP referred me to this pharmacy as my closest one. I had changed to another for my repeat prescriptions further afield, I will certainly be changing back now after my visit this afternoon.

This pharmacy are the absolute BEST. They really do care, you can feel it is genuine. I trust these guys more than I do our doctors and that's saying something! Ignore the poor reviews, I wouldn't change pharmacies ever again, thank you for all your help :)

This pharmacy is a rare find, the staff are brilliant and actually care. Yes, you will likely have a bit of a wait…it’s extremely busy. But I have lost count of the times I’ve heard staff taking the time and putting in effort to actually help elderly clients get what they need or understand their options when their GP’s have messed up their prescriptions again and the pharmacists are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a commendable culture in this branch and I for one appreciate the great service they provide.

I have always found the Pharmacist very helpful and willing to spend time to discuss even the smallest problem. His advice has often saved me having to consult my GP. Prescriptions are always dealt with efficiently by the approachable and friendly staff. The shop is well stocked with a variety of medicines, cards and other useful items.

They helped me get my neighbours medicine when our pharmacy was out of stock, this was a few weeks back. They have just helped me with my steroid cream as once again our normal pharmacy was out of stock.
