Follow up appointment one year later and as before, exceptional, outstanding service. Patience, diligence, passionate, listening, unbelievable service and I have done it all via the whole gamut of contact lenses, eye surgery, glasses, specialists and their technology is up there with my top private clinic in London. To be honest if you don't go to Specsavers then you need to think again. Top class service !

The Customer Service at this store and the Trainee Optician who carried out the eye test explained everything in great detail. The health of the eye, I found the staff to listen to my preferences in relation to my choice of frames after the test and there was a great variety of choice. I also did not feel time pressured or rushed while in the store.

The staff were lovely and helpful..making my day better after i came in with broken glasses..couldnt have done any more..they went above and beyond..very pleased with the pair i got and the price.

Staff were very helpful kind and considerate.im not as mobile as I used to be and the staff were there to help me and make me feel comfortable. I wasn't long before I went through for my examination.they were very professional and easy to talk to going through any concerns that I had about my eyes making sure the examination was correct. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. Perfect service as always. Ive been using this opticians for 50 years this year. Their service is slways perfect. Polite, courteous, well mannered staff giving a perfect service. I was dealt with by a young lady called Lauren on both my visits, who always smiled and was very pleasant to deal with.
