Excellent customer service from initial contact to purchase. The initial eye screen was conducted with attention to detail in being informed of the specifics of each step and this followed supportive help in choosing a particular frame and the characteristics of the lens choices being communicated.

I was treat with respect. And the lady that dealt with me was outstanding. It is a shame that all staff are not the same vision express grimsby. I will always use the cleethorpes tesco vision express.

I had an eye test this week at Vision Express Tesco Cleethorpes . The test was carried out very professionally and the service from other members of staff was excellent.

Follow up appointment one year later and as before, exceptional, outstanding service. Patience, diligence, passionate, listening, unbelievable service and I have done it all via the whole gamut of contact lenses, eye surgery, glasses, specialists and their technology is up there with my top private clinic in London. To be honest if you don't go to Specsavers then you need to think again. Top class service !

The Customer Service at this store and the Trainee Optician who carried out the eye test explained everything in great detail. The health of the eye, I found the staff to listen to my preferences in relation to my choice of frames after the test and there was a great variety of choice. I also did not feel time pressured or rushed while in the store.

The staff were lovely and helpful..making my day better after i came in with broken glasses..couldnt have done any more..they went above and beyond..very pleased with the pair i got and the price.

Staff were very helpful kind and considerate.im not as mobile as I used to be and the staff were there to help me and make me feel comfortable. I wasn't long before I went through for my examination.they were very professional and easy to talk to going through any concerns that I had about my eyes making sure the examination was correct. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. I would recommend Robert Marshall to anyone who feels they need a more one to one for their eye care, and I would like to thank them all for the great service they gave.

Perfect service as always. Ive been using this opticians for 50 years this year. Their service is slways perfect. Polite, courteous, well mannered staff giving a perfect service. I was dealt with by a young lady called Lauren on both my visits, who always smiled and was very pleasant to deal with. I’d never seen her previously, so if she’s a relatively new member if staff she was a great addition. Thankyou Robert Marshalls.

I have used Robert Marshall opticians for many years, I am delighted with the service. A recent examination resulted in me requiring new lenses and frames. I am very pleased with the advice i received helping me to choose new frames, the staff are both professional and friendly.
