I highly recommend Physio-Works. After been in an accident I required physio. I saw Josh who was fantastic with me. Really understood my issue, gave great treatment and a full exercise plan and helped me make real progress quickly, noticing improvements in each session. Real friendly service and made to feel at ease. Would 100% recommend if you feel like you need Physio.

On behalf of Ann Howard a big thank you goes to Patryk. He took the time to listen to mum who explained how sciatica was affecting her day to day life. He gave her exercises to do and manipulated the area over several weeks with great result. Mum would also like to thank Chrissie on reception who was welcoming, accommodating mum when arranging appointments and sent reminders when they were due. All in all highly recommended.

I was referred to Physio-Works following an injury to my back. Josh Lond was excellent! He was diligent, very knowledgably and explained in detail what he was doing; why he was doing it; and the exercise regime to follow. This I found very reassuring. The practice was very well managed including text appointment reminders and I would highly recommend.

I found this practice on the Internet and managed to get an appointment fairly quickly and have been a few times now very helpful and professional the Lady in reception is very nice. Would definitely recommend as I'm improving and you can park outside.

Currently undergoing some rehabilitation for a torn hamstring picked up whilst playing rugby, and I could not be more grateful for the team at PhysioFirst Grimsby. An injury that I thought was going to put me out of action for months, and I'm back walking and running (slowly for now) in only a few weeks. Very knowledgeable and friendly team.

Superb treatment! Filippo really knew his stuff and has started me on the road to recovery. Just the advice alone was worth the price. First treatment had an immediate impact and has given me confidence I'll get over my problem. Thoroughly recommend.
