VISION EXPRESS OPTICIANS ST HELENS REVIEWS

I recently had an eye infection and was struggling to keep my eye open. Called 111 and they referred me to Vision Express. The optician lady with the head scarf was incredibly thorough and helpful throughout the appointment. After their care, I was able to comfortably open my eye again, which was such a relief! They even scheduled a follow up check up to ensure everything was fine. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Vision Express for their professional and attentive service.

I booked an appointment online which was very easy to do and received a call the same day (Sunday) to complete a couple of questions. I went for my appt and was seen early and found all the staff to be very helpful. I always go to the St.Helens branch for this reason.

Was seen straight away, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, thorough eye test and new glasses ordered immediately.an enjoyable experience all round.

I attended as a drop in with symptoms of detached retina and from the lady who took my details in the reception area through to Andrew the optician I received excellent care and support. All the staff who looked after me through scans, tests etc. were professional, thorough and caring. I can’t fault this branch of Specsavers - they truly did provide exemplary customer care. Thanks

Had my eyes tested here recently and all the staff were really friendly, especially the young lady upstairs who booked me in, and the young man optician was so pleasant and friendly and explained everything to me, I wish I had got his name as I wanted to give the store a call to sing his praises.

Excellent service from every member of staff from entering the store to leaving. All staff were helpful, polite and efficient and make customers feel welcome. A big thank you Specsavers.

This was my first visit to Boots Opticians and I was impressed with the service I received. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I was very anxious about having my eyes tested and became a bit tearful but Sabba put me at ease. The outcome was that I needed glasses and the shop floor staff, particularly Nic, couldn’t have been more attentive and kind, offering advice about what brands had smaller frames that would suit my face. Considering my visit was on Good Friday none of the staff seemed to resent working the bank holiday, they were excellent from start to finish. Thank you all for your hard work, I’m sure you aren’t paid enough for what you do but please know you are appreciated!

Karin has been extremely helpful each time I have visited Boots St Helens. She always takes her time to ensure my glasses fit correctly and helped me when I had a problem with my new lenses. I was promptly seen and my eyes tested. The optometrist was very quick, arguably too quick. I had to concentrate hard to keep up with what he was telling me. But it's far better than that cattle market feeling in specsavers.
