My daughter is in the middle of treatment at this practice. I have to say they are great. I am limited to the appointments I can make as my daughters school is quite a distance away and they are really flexible and helpful in arranging suitable times and dates. Everyone at the practice is pleasant and helpful and the treatment she is receiving is excellent. Special mention to Mel who is the person my daughter sees the most. She is lovely and explains everything she is doing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We paid private for my daughter’s braces, she is now 12 months after they were taken off. She has a fixed brace top and bottoms and has her retainer. Her teeth are amazing and she’s so happy with the treatment she got from the lovely staff that work at Rainford orthodontists. We have just had a new set of retainers due to her snapping one, again lovey staff and a great service.

We would highly recommend Rainford Orthodontics. All staff are friendly and professional. The difference in my daughter's teeth are astounding. She literally can't stop smiling and wow what a smile to show now. Thank you very much to all of the team.

I always get first class, professional attention from Dr Stephen Bilsborrow and staff at Broadway Dental Practice. I'm so sorry to hear that we shall be losing him soon as he plans to retire. He always gave such a clear picture of the condition of my teeth, arranged appropriate treatment when necessary and explained fully the options open to me including very clear pricing. Communication cations via texts and e mails are first rate. We shall miss him but send our very best wishes for health and happiness in retirement. Peter Murphy.

Offered me an appointment on the morning I called up after having a painful tooth. I ended up having root canal treatment , I was a little nervous as I’d never had this procedure done before. The dentist was great , he explained everything step by step , he was very gentle and made me feel at ease. Receptionists friendly and helpful. Can’t fault them !

As always, a completely thorough examination. Sensible options recommended culminating in a successful manner. All staff provided a great professional service with a smile. A very satisfactory visit as usual!! Thank You so much!!

I visited for a check up and the Dentist found a problem Ivwas not aware of. He recommended me to see my Doctor and have some blood tests done. From this I was diagnosed with a possible life limiting disease and am now receiving intensive treatment. I am so thankful that my dentist told me to get my bloods checked and feel that he has possibly saved me from a much worse scenario. Thank you Alverna House.

As usual excellent care by Simon. The patience and understanding of patients with additional needs is exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would never hesitate to recommend this surgery/practice to anyone seeking dental care.
