Been going here for years for my eye tests and new glasses when needed too. Always had an excellent experience with all the members of staff who assisted me. Staff always have a smile on their face and always happy to help. Can’t fault the fantastic customer service I’ve received consistently throughout the years.

Very pleased with my overall experience at Specsavers Torquay from making appointment to collecting my glasses a week later. Staff very professional and friendly., would recommend to anyone.

A lovely experience from beginning to end from the girls at the front of the shop who were very bubbly and helpful with the choice of eyewear to the optician himself who made me feel very relaxed and very welcome to be there it was an absolute pleasure just waiting for my glasses to be made now and cannot wait to get them

Excellent and thorough investigation of my eyesight especially as I was seeking a second opinion. In addition, I received a follow up call from Corrine who explained the referral she had made on my behalf. Thank you Corrine.

Friendly knowledgeable staff greatly assisted my budget and looking forward to collecting my glasses it is a great store with old style customer services values this is my fourth pairs.
