I can’t think Alex enough for all his help. We had 8 weeks of a horrendous mice infestation and had tried EVERYTHING to get rid of them. We eventually had to move out to try and sort it! Alex was incredibly thorough, explained every step of the plan/treatment and after his first visit, we never saw another mouse! We have now been free of mice for 3 weeks and it is the biggest relief. Alex is definitely the man to call for problematic wasps. I left him a message on Saturday, he got straight back to me and was at my house the following Monday.
