Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Luke at The Storage Hub, especially at such short notice. I sent a request for a quote through the website on Thursday afternoon and within a couple of minutes I had a call from Luke, we went through what I needed to store and he advised I should only need a 40sqft, which ended up being the perfect size. I then visited on Friday afternoon to sign documents, view the unit and collect a padlock in readiness for the Saturday. The warehouse and unit that I was given were very clean and dry giving confidence that my belongings will be safe over the coming months. As I will be using the unit for over 6 months, I was also offered free removals with A2B who were also absolutely fantastic. Thank you again Luke for taking the stress out of what could've been a very stressful weekend - highly recommend! :).

Fantastic secure facility. Spotlessly clean, totally dry, easily accessible and extremely well run. I was so grateful to have been able to rent a unit here when I really needed it and have the confidence that all my art work and materials were safe and dry. Highly recommended.

I stored my life in one of the containers for longer than I was expecting to due to the housing market going ballistic and having to wait it out and in all fare nest to the company they never increased the price on the original unit, i know this as I had to rent another unit for a further 12 months, it would have been appreciated if I'd had a little loyalty discount but but I do appreciate the original container remaind the same and we all have bills to pay.

Absolutely fab! From the first email enquiring it was so easy. They are very informative and very helpful. Clear instructions given as to how to enter the storage and always available if you have any question. Storage units are easy to access and are immaculate. Defibrillators recommend.

Friendly helpful site managers. Secure, accessible clean containers at competitive price on excellent terms.

Excellent customer service and great storage solution! The process from start to finish was easy. Security cameras, padlocked main gate, flood lights. If you’re thinking about it. Just do it. Deposit refunded at the end of the “tenancy” it has been a godsend for us with moving homes. Would definitely use again if needed in the future.

Always received a helpful and friendly service over many years of storage rental and van hire. An innovative company.
