Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works! Would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a wasp nest in a hedge. Called pest detective he was with us by 8 am next morning. Explained fully what he was going to do . Carried out the work to a very high standard, very friendly and helpful chap would recommend this company to anyone.

Best pest control in Dorset , sorted my flea infestation quickly . Paul was friendly and very helpful did the job thoroughly and I haven't had any fleas since Paul zapped them . Highly recommend his service's . Thanks Paul.

Josh from Urban Pest Control provided a superb service: prompt, sensible, helpful and caring in all he did for us regarding our squirrel loft visitors! His advice was really sound and his use of the messaging service was incredibly timely making appts easy to plan and additional questions quick to gain answers to. We would recommend him 100 percent.

I used Urban Pest Control to help me with a rodent problem in my car engine. Wayne came out the same day to treat my car with the gel and then came back again today as arranged to check it had worked. Amazing service from start to finish. Would 100% recommend.

We discovered a wasps nest on the corner of our house. The team responded quickly and efficiently. I can’t remember the name of the chap who came but he was very helpful and friendly. Wasps nest eliminated and we are happy. We would definitely recommend.

I had a small mouse problem, they'd found a way in via my air bricks. Urban Pest Control came around very quickly and advised me to cover my air bricks with a mouse mesh to keep them out, plus dealt with the little rascals inside too. Brilliant service from this family business. They were really accommodating to attend my home to deal with my problem. Really nice, friendly guys. They dealt with the problem and also quoted for additional work to block off entry routes which was done really well and as competitive as possible. The problem was resolved without any further issue. I'm really pleased and impressed with what they did. They even returned to take a little blighter on a long term holiday which I discovered when clearing the area once it was sorted. It was definitely deceased or had too much Vodka. Thank you very much for your excellent service. I hope to not have to call you in future but. I definitely would if encountered another issue. Thanks a bunch.

Very happy to recommend Simon and his team. On calling, we were offered an appointment the following day. Simon arrived when he stated he would, quickly assessed the situation and dispatched our problem wasp nest immediately. All done for a very reasonable price. Excellent service, quickly provided at a good price.
