I would like to thank tappers for the absolutely outstanding care and love towards looking after and caring for my nan Margaret Herbert. And for there absolutely outstanding part in her funeral and the arrangements and the preparation. I cant thank tappers or Yvonne Webb for all ur help and dedication for my nan and her funeral, absolutely outstanding and did my nan and the family extremely proud. Thank you so so much Yvonne and tappers the best people ever for the care and preparation of everything. And also the florist for the absolutely beautiful and outstanding flowers they were absolutely gorgeous. You have all gone above and beyond and more thank you so so very much.

We had our mum and dad dual ceremony organised by Tappers Broadstone on 6 June 24. They have been absolutely marvellous and very supportive. From 1 service suddenly became 2. Without them, it would have been impossible. Harbourview was the best place for both parents. So I will not stop recommending them. Big thank you from us the Hector's on behalf of Freda and Patrick.

Thank you to all at Tappers especially Laura Murray for her kindness and caring attitude, as well as her professionalism and attention to detail. Sadly both my parents passed away within a month of each other and although they were both 92, and had lived long and happy lives, it is still a difficult time for myself and my family . All staff at Poole Offices and Harbour View were excellent - can't thank everyone enough. Best wishes to all.

Yeatmans funeral directors arranged the most dignified funeral for my mother. Nothing was too much trouble. The team are excellent. I was met with kindness, understanding and tolerance On the day its self the team were so smart and respectful. I can only say a huge thank you.

Yeatmans of Poole provided a highly professional and dignified service. The staff were amazing, meticulous and sympathetic in the preparation and delivery of all aspects of the funeral service. The staff were smartly turned out and communication was excellent.

Sarah made us feel comfortable when arranging the funeral. She explained in detail the different options available, also helpful with the order of service and flowers. Carol conducted the funeral service with compassion and dignity. Although the day was difficult, the compassion shown by Yeatmans helped us come to terms with Kathleen's passing. I love the staff at Ives and Shands. They were great when my dad died. What I like most about them is that they have time. They are extremely professional.

Our dearest Mum died in January 2014. We were all devastated. Mum and Dad had talked previously about where they wanted to be buried and had organised a beautiful plot at Harbour View. Marcella was there to organise everything and comfort all of us. The service itself was beautiful, just what Dad had wanted. I can't thank her enough for everything she did for us all. My dad passed away in July this year 2025. At first it’s all out of one’s comforts zone, but once you make the first call after losing a loved one Ives & Shand Funeral Directors made me feel so much more at ease. I can highly recommend them.
