After having some experiences that left much to be desired with another garage (to have an oil leak and an electrical problem with my Mercedes checked) I was very pleased to have found this amazing team who took care of my vehicle and managed to diagnose its faults in a fast timely manner. They were 100% transparent from the beginning and showed a high level of consideration for their customers by explaining the situation and advising on the best and most efficient solution for the customer. These guys are amazing. Really friendly, great communication and top quality work. They fixed my air con for me and fitted me in at very short notice. When I picked my car up they said I could contact them via WhatsApp if I ever have any problems with my car. I felt like they really care about the customer and felt very looked after. Thanks guys! The first time i walked to this garage was in 2020 when my exhaust was fallen apart. Walked in and the people were welcoming and very helpful on the spot. I felt grateful and reassured. Thereafter I’ve been thee multiple time for repairs and services of my old Mercedes and my new one. They have been helped with checks on my son’s car and they have always been friendly professional and ready to help! World-class integrity, honesty and service. 3 generations of my family have trusted these guys, and it's a serious credit to them as a family business that they've maintained the same high standards since my grandad's day. They're always an absolute pleasure to deal with from the initial phone call — friendly, polite and helpful without fail. I took my car in for a routine oil change. When I got it back, they'd also fixed an erroneous warning light, improved the dashboard display, corrected the tyre pressures, tightened up a loose component in the boot, cleaned the car, and even turned it around to make it easier for me to drive out (it's those little touches!) — all for less than I expected to pay for the oil change. You truly do feel that your car's in safe hands here, which is especially important if you're more of a "car person". It's so easy for garages to cut corners that it's rare to see this kind of professional ethic. Well, those other garages should take note, because Regal Motors have a customer for life as a result of the way they go the extra mile. Additionally, I'm pretty sure the rare negative reviews are mostly paid for by competitors. I don't see how a sane, reasonable person could have a bad experience with this business.
