I adopted two Romanian rescue dogs when they were 6 years old, and they had never been groomed. They desperately needed a groom, but had trust issues, and I was very nervous about how they would react to a groomer. Five years later, we go to Jacqueline regularly. She was so understanding about their fear, and over the years they have become much better about the grooming. Most importantly, I can tell that they feel better once they are all clean! We all love Jacqueline. She is attentive, thorough, and organised. The grooming room is immaculate. I’m so grateful to Jacqueline. We will be lifelong customers.

My cavapoo has been going to Jacqueline at Soapy Tails since she was a puppy. She is not the easiest to groom but Jacqueline has the patience of a saint and she always comes out looking great. Absolutely fantastic experience! My dog came out looking and smelling amazing. The groomer was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing lots of helpful advice. I really appreciated her patience and gentle approach. Highly recommend!
